| Return of Deposit
Tenants want the deposit to be returned in the shortest possible time. It is important that the tenant leaves a forwarding address with Park Lane, along with proof of the settlement of all utility bills. If professional cleaners have been used, be sure to pass their details on in case of any queries regarding their work.
Renewals
When the tenancy agreement has reached its end, it is possible to formally extend for a further period, if agreed by both parties. At this stage Parklane may seek an increase in rental if appropriate.
