We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated professional to work in our Construction and New Development Department working on contracts up to 5 million providing financial and contract control on all our sites. You will be involved in developments from inception through to completion.
Duties will include procurement of subcontractors and suppliers, setting budgets and targets, monitoring work in progress and preparing contract reports. You will need to display a sound knowledge of building and contracts as well as an understanding of Planning and Health and Safety Regulations.
You will also be working closely alongside Site Managers and reporting to the Developments Manager.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an office environment. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential. It would be desirable but not essential that the candidate has had experience with Photoshop, Powerpoint and document scanning facilities. |
