Celia Woodham, Branch Manager
Celia holds the principal role in managing Parklane's busiest office in Headingley. She leads an experienced team to primarily serve the student lets division at this flagship branch.
Celia first joined Parklane in 1997 as a student herself and re-joined after obtaining a degree in Business & Management Studies. |
Donal Meade, Branch Manager
Donal manages Parklane's new state of the art office in Chapel Allerton.
He has considerable knowledge of Leeds property market through agency practice combined with his forward thinking and energetic approach to business drives a team of five consultants primarily dedicated to professional lets and residential sales.
Always at the heart of the action, Donal lives with his family in Leeds City Centre. |

Francis O'Dwyer, Lettings
Manager
Francis is in charge of the all
important landlord property management services.
A wealth of experience, with nearly five
years spent at Parklane, equips Francis to
offer impartial advice and guidance on managing
properties for let. Operating from Parklane's
Headingley office, he maintains an up to
the minute record of property listings and
maintenance requirements to ensure accuracy
at all times.

Chris Dove, Commercial and Acquisition Agency
A qualified quantity surveyor with an impressive track record of more than ten years in property management, Chris is responsible for land and property acquisitions at Parklane.
As well as assessing new development opportunities Chris supports the marketing of 'off plan' sales and lettings and lease arrangements for commercial properties. |

From purchasing materials and organising repairs to managing a dedicated uniformed maintenance crew, Julie leads a 24-hour report and repair service that sees no complaints. |
Kelly Bell, Interior Design Consultant
Design and specification of interiors for Parklane's vast and varied portfolio of residential properties, old and new, demands an individual of the highest calibre.
With experience of working on a number of high profile leisure, retail and residential schemes with some of the region's most admired practices, including Carey Jones Architects, Kelly applies modern day practicality with contemporary style to inject individuality to all properties. |

An experienced surveyor and former Director for several recognised construction and development companies in the region, Paul heads the new developments division at Parklane. Extensive knowledge and expertise, particularly in legal and planning, has allowed Paul to drive this successful division of Parklane to expand its portfolio of new build residential properties and commercial schemes. |
